Spring 2026
Spring Programs Refund Policy The St. Louis Rockets Hockey Club works hard to provide well-organized, high-quality spring programming for our players. In order to properly plan ice time, staffing, and resources, we ask families to review and understand the following refund policy before registering. Refund Requests Full refunds may be requested within 72 hours of registration, as long as the program has not yet begun. Once a program has started, refunds are generally not available, regardless of attendance or schedule conflicts. A partial refund may be available. We are unable to offer partial refunds for missed sessions or voluntary withdrawal from a program. Injury or Medical Situations We understand that injuries and unexpected medical issues can occur. Refunds related to injury or medical concerns will be considered on a case by case basis and may require documentation from a medical professional. When approved, refunds may be issued as a partial refund at the discretion of the club. Program Adjustments In the event that the St. Louis Rockets Hockey Club needs to cancel or significantly modify a program, families will be notified and an appropriate full or partial refund will be provided. Minor adjustments to schedules, locations, or coaching staff are sometimes necessary and do not qualify for a refund. Transfers & Credits Registrations are typically non-transferable between players or programs. No credits will be issued, only refunds. How to Contact Us All refund requests or questions should be submitted in writing via email to the St. Louis Rockets Hockey Club administration (execdirrockets@gmail.com or rocketsdirectorofhockey@gmail.com) We are always happy to discuss individual circumstances and do our best to be fair and reasonable with every family.
