2025-2026 Coaches Registration

Please click on the link below to get a 2025-2026 USA Hockey number. Once you have your new USA Hockey number, please use the button on the top right of this page to register with the Rockets. Jillian Rowland will make sure you are current on your age modules, SafeSport (needs to be done annually), CEP (Coaching Education Program) and Background Screening (good for 2 years).

If you are new to coaching, please click the link below to walk you through what is needed to be allowed to be on the ice for practices and the bench for games. Once you have your new USA Hockey number, please return to this page use the button on the top right of this page to register with the Rockets.

I coached 8U or 6U in the 2024-2025 season and will remain in either 8U or 6U, will I need to take another coaching clinic (CEP)?

• No, you will not need to take another clinic. Your Level 1 will be good until your player moves into 10U.

My player is moving from 8U to 10U. Will I need to take a new Coaching Clinic (CEP)?

• Yes, You will have to attend an online Coaching Clinic (CEP) and will have to continue to take them every year you coach. Once you get to Level 3, you can renew without taking a course. You will not be forced to take a Level 4 or Level 5.

My player is moving from 8U to 10U. Will I need to take any age modules?

• Yes, You will need to do a new age module for every time your player moves up an age division.
