Strength and Conditioning

This program will meet three times a week for four weeks.  The program will take place in a group setting but with a personal feel.  Each athlete will receive individual attention while feeling the energy and encouragement that comes from a group dynamic.  The focus on this program will be total athletic development (mobility, strength, power, speed, balance, agility as well as hockey specific conditioning). 

Strength and Conditioning Camp

  • Session 1: June 15th-July 10thMonday/Wednesday/Friday

          11:30am-1:30pm (12U/14U) 2:00pm-4:00pm (8U/10U)

  • Session 2: July 13th-August 7th Monday/Wednesday/Friday

         11:30am-1:30pm (12U/14U) 2:00pm-4:00pm (8U/10U)

Max Participants: 9 per group

Cost: $325 per session
