Spring Development – a chance to focus on individual skill development

This program runs for 8 weeks in April and May.  All levels skate one hour per week beginning the week of April 2nd and ending week of  May 22nd. Please see your child's birth year for information. Due to Creve Coeur Ice Rink closing May 1st for one month. The month of May has been effected. Sorry for the inconvenience.

6U/8U (2016 and younger): 

Todd Brereton of Showdown Hockey and Scott Brandes of End to End Hockey offer a combined power skating and puck handling skill development program – Scott will focus on building skating speed and agility and Todd will work on core puck handling skills, stickhandling, passing/receiving and shooting. 
10U Age Group  (2014-2015):

Scott Brandes of End to End Hockey and Todd Brereton of Showdown Hockey will teach the program. Scott will teach the skating program and focus on helping improve core skating techniques, skating stride, stopping/accelerating, and crossing over/edge work.  Todd will focus on developing more advanced puck handling skills, introduce core concepts around body contact and work on team play/hockey sense.  The program will include competitive skills contests and small area games.   

8U/10U Combined; (2014 -2017):

12U/14U Combined; (2010-2012):

Todd Brereton and Scott Brandes are back again this night to work with the PWs and BTs. They will run an 8 week program to build skating agility and edge-work while also focusing on developing more advanced puck handling and shooting skills and battling techniques.  The program will include competitive skills contests and small area games.
